These major chakras are located in the astral body and run along the spine, starting at the base and running up the top of the head.

Chakras absorb life force energy and sends it to the parts of the body that they govern for nourishment.

Rudraksha Seeds are calming & rejuvenating. Known as the guru bead, it holds your intentions. When using a mala for meditation, start by holding the guru bead and setting your intention for your practice. Use the mala to repeat your mantra as you count each bead.
